Dataset Description

Title

Short Description. One or two sentence description for stakeholders.

Full Non-Technical Description. A longer description that can be understood by non-technical users.

Technical Description. A complete technical description for developers and expert users whom need to understand the scope and limitations of the dataset. 

Format Definition. Provide a list of each field in the dataset with the format, and a description.
Please separate with commas and in this order: Field, Format, Description
Example, Reading Date, xs:dateTime, Date of the Reading
